Poolskool Development has three squads:
The Squads are suitable for those who have obtained Stage 7 and above. The aim of the squad would be to continue stroke improvement, skills and technique. As the swimmer progresses speed work, endurance, starts turns and finishes will be included. Diving, lifesaving skills and fun activities will also be scheduled in the programme.
The cost for this is £12 for a 1 hour session in the 50 metre Aldershot garrison pool.
